The ICG Recruitment 2023 selection process is based on four stages:
- Computer-based test (CBT)
- Assessment & Adaptability Test (AAT), Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Document Verification (DV), and Initial Medical Examination (IME)
- Document Verification (DV) and Final Medical Examination (FME) to check the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidates and to assess their medical fitness for service in the ICG.
- Training at INS Chilkaare to cover a variety of topics, including seamanship, navigation, and weapons handling.
